Disclaimer: Our pieces are pre-shrunk, but natural/semi natural fabrics do have a tendency to have a slight shrinkage. Please follow the care instructions to make your product last longer and look good.

Domestic Shipping

1. We offer free shipping for all domestic prepaid orders.
2. COD HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED, DUE TO FAKE & FRAUD ORDERS. WE WILL RESUME SHORTLY. 
3. COD available for orders upto Rs. 15,000/-.
4. We’ll get your order to you as soon as possible. We are taking extra care and safety precautions to deliver your order and we try our best to deliver it within 5-7 business days.
5. Orders placed though Monday to Friday after 1 pm IST, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
6. Please note during festivals, adverse weather conditions and pandemics, your shipment could be further delayed. We assure you we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you at the earliest.

7. COD TERMS & CONDITIONS 

   • Cash on delivery available for order upto Rs. 15000/-.
   • The shipping charges of the COD to be borne by the customer, to be calculated at checkout.
   • Place order at anarthebrand.com and upon check out you will be prompted to select a payment method. Choose cash on delivery. 
   • COD can be refused by the customer but only for valid reasons such as wrong product or damaged product delivered. ( i.e order delivered is not what was actually ordered). In such a case, kindly inform the courier rider of the reason for refusing to receive and pay so that the order can be returned to us quickly for immediate remedying. 
   • Any other reason for refusing a COD order including false allegations of the wrong products delivered will constitute a serious violation of the terms of use of our COD service. A simple change of mind will not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate the terms of use of any of the cod services.
   • Refusal to take COD delivery for the maximum number of two times,  the customer will be barred  from the use of COD services. 
   • The COD order will be confirmed with the customer either via text or call, post which the order will be shipped out. 
   • The order will be delivered within 5- 7 business days. 

    Our designated courier shall contact you and give a scheduled range of what time on the delivery day they will be able to deliver your parcel and collect the payment.Customers are expected to prepare the amount due for collection at the time of delivery. 

   To facilitate a faster and smoother process, it would be appreciated if the consumer could prepare the exact amount needed to be collected: in case that a change would be needed, please advise your local delivery guy to prepare change for a specified amount once they contact you for the delivery schedule.

Free shipping on order above Rs.20000. We try to ship all the international orders the next working day of your order placed. It  will take approximately  7-12 days for your order to reach you, barring any delay at the customs, weather or the pandemic.

Import duties

Any import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and ANAR will not be responsible for it.  

• For UK and EU orders – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded.
• You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
• ANAR  has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
• It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
